“Tomato Soup With Monster Sandwiches

Yield: 2 feet
Ingredients:

2 ½ pounds ground beef (20% fat) or turkey
-
·1 cups diced onions
-
·1 whole onion, halved
-
·Celery, 10 pieces cut to look like toes
-
· 2 garlic cloves
-
· 2 teaspoons salt
-
· 1 teaspoon pepper
-
· ½ cup breadcrumbs
-
· 2 eggs
-
· 2 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
-
· Barbecue sauce to cover meatloaf
Directions:
1. Mix together in a big bowl all ingredients except the celery, halved onions, and Worcestershire and barbecue sauces.
2. Place mixture in a 9x13-inch pan and shape into two feet.
3. Press a half onion at the bottom of each foot to make the ankle.
4. Make toe shapes on top and press celery pies to make toenails.
5. Mix both sauces and brush across feet.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
